Kaledo (soup) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Kaledo (soup) Kaledo (or sop kaledo, kaki lembu donggala) is a traditional soup coming from Sulawesi, Indonesia and consisted of beef and spicy broth. Per its name, the meat used in this particular food is cow's feet and the marrow. The dish originated from Donggala, and from there spread around Sulawesi, evolving over time. This food was often consumed with rice or sweet potatoes, and along with the usual utensils that consist of spoon, fork and occasionally knife, was served with a straw, usually used to sip out the fat inside of the marrow. The broth itself was often served with sliced lime, adding to the acidic taste. ==See also==
